The Judges were extremely impressed with Wolverton Park, the multi-award winning development which seamlessly blends renovated, historical grade II listed buildings with brand new contemporary buildings, to create a stunning environment  to live and work,   and said of Places for People: “A company that truly has customer service excellence at the heart of its business demonstrating that even in the worst market for property development the Wolverton Park development epitomises how innovation and creativity can overcome and transform a deprived area creating an award winning design and a real community hub.”
Ian Troughton, Project Director of Wolverton Park and Simon Elcock, Project Director of Brooklands, Places for People’s  new, mixed-use development of 2, 500 homes, schools, shops, offices and extensive parkland,  were extremely proud to accept this prestigious award on behalf of Places for People.
Ian Troughton said: “We are thrilled to have won this award.  Places for People has come from Zero to Hero in five years which really is a Formula One performance!  For a property developer to be unknown in Milton Keynes in 2005 and then to be acknowledged for its Business Excellence by the business community five years later is a remarkable achievement  and a significant opportunity  for the Brooklands team in taking our presence in Milton Keynes to an even higher profile.”
