Entertainment from dance troupes Desperate2Dance and Frantic UK, a special appearance from chilling vampire Baron Von Grindle plus creepy bats and ghouls on stilts created the perfect menacing atmosphere for the scariest night of the year!

No expense or effort was spared with a fantastic array of imaginative childrens costumes on show and a fiercely fought fancy dress competition with best dressed ‘ghost’ prizes for under 5’s, 5-8’s, 9-12’s and 13 plus age groups.

Simon Spavins from The Hub management company, Broadoak, said; “The turnout to the Halloween event was absolutely outstanding; The Hub was literally alive with children and families all really entering into the spirit of the evening. The fancy dress outfits were very impressive this year and many parents have commented on how fantastic the whole event was.”

“MK Play also hosted a spooky Halloween workshop throughout the evening with wand, badge and spider hat making, plus ghostly hand painting which went down a treat with all the kids and some of the adults too!”
